This shoot was inspired by the question: “Who am I?”

This is my coming out as a new creative! For so many years, I feared my gift of seeing the world a bit differently. Because I never really felt like I fit in, I always sought light in my darkest moments. We are all expansive creatures, often limited by fears that we have picked up along the journey of our lives. I want to change that narrative. Let’s be inspired by the moments we say “yes” to vast, infinite possibilities. Let’s gently surrender to being exactly where we are at that moment.

Stylists at North was built on the foundation of exploration. Following traditional ideas of beauty isn’t my path. The idea of collectively creating images that convey survival, expression, identity, and gender beauty energize our collaborations.

The Spotlight series is a forum that features individuals behind impactful businesses and highlights their magic and beauty! It’s fitting that our first Spotlight features Laura Rose and Hope Hulbrink. They are the co-owners of Vikriya Lab, a space for transformation. They encourage people to explore their true selves through the power of yoga, Pilates, and movement.

I’m so proud of this vision because it explores our humanity. I couldn’t be more excited to share the relationships that have nurtured me in the most beautifully, unexpected ways.
