Luis Miguel Bujia
OWNER/FOUNDER/ARTISTIC DIRECTOR
Mindfulness and communication are at the center of my heart and of Stylists At North. I have had an energetic career that began over 20 years ago at Graham Webb International. It has since evolved from working behind the chair to working behind the scenes at New York and Paris fashion weeks; editorial work; an amazing hairdressing journey of educating and mentoring. I also draw inspiration from being part of the Intercoiffure community, a prestigious international organization of high quality hairdressers. You can see my work featured in such publications as Girls Life magazine and DC Modern Luxury’s Best of Bridal.

Karen Norma Windsor
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Representing a person’s true essence has been my ultimate goal throughout my 30+ year career. I take a personal approach to hair by exploring texture, hair goals, creative visions, and customizing your individual style. I love letting hair have its own personality – may it be sassy, edgy, sexy, calm, moody, seductive, or loveable. It makes the application of styling, color, and cutting techniques exciting. I'm extremely grateful I can use my art to help transform lives by focusing on inner beauty, confidence, self-empowerment and self-esteem.

CULTURAL DIRECTOR
I want to connect with my guests so they feel completely at ease in my chair and trust that they will love their hair when they leave. As an educator specializing in French haircutting and balayage, I have the privilege of helping my peers cultivate their artistry. That tendency towards guidance and nurturing is also deeply rooted in every service I provide. I’m proud of my ability to understand the concerns and desires of my guests in order to give them the beautiful, yet low-maintenance, hair of their dreams.

Sara Steigman-Ferron
ATELIER
I have been behind the chair since 2006 and am a lover of easy, lived-in hair. I draw my inspiration from the bangs, bobs, and luscious locks of yore. I love modernizing those looks and adding personal touches tailored to you and your hair. When you’re in my chair I want you to feel safe, empowered, seen and heard – like we’ve been friends forever.

BEAUTY ARTISAN
I am a cosmetologist who has loved makeup ever since childhood. Since elementary school, I’ve been perfecting my skills, starting in theater with stage makeup. I expanded my background in beauty by getting a cosmetology license during the recent pandemic. I can't wait to see where the industry takes me!
